Arambol Beach
Arambol Beach
One of the Goa's more far flung beaches Arambol has truly been discovered. It has beautiful rocky bays attracting travelers to its remote location and uninterrupted and stunning stretch of soft sand. It is lot quieter than anything south of Vagator. The main beach is good for swimming but over the headland you will find several pretty small bays. At low tide past the headland there is near -deserted Querim beach.
Arambol village is quiet and unassuming with many souvenir stalls, travel agencies and other traveler friendly services. The relaxed and peaceful ambience at the beach attracts those who are looking for tranquility. The headland at Arambol is popular for paragliding.
The best time to visit is from November to March when the sea is calm and weather ideal for taking uninterrupted long walks.
